is the principal of Orion Real Estate Advisors LLC. He
has an extensive real estate and financial background.
Before he co-founded Orion, he was the Senior Real Estate
Officer for Bank of America, responsible for developing
and implementing creative, profitable strategies on the
Bank’s most complex real estate assets and real
estate problem loans. Prior to that, he served as Director
for the West Coast Division of Merrill Lynch Asset Management
Group. He has structured and negotiated in excess of one
billion dollars in real estate transactions throughout
the United States. These transactions have included dispositions,
acquisitions, leases, joint ventures, and investment analysis.
In addition, he has been in charge of over one billion
dollars of real estate portfolio sales, from portfolio
analysis and valuation to due diligence and sale disposition.
